“A internet web blogger has diagnosed Barack Hussein ( running for president as the libtard ) with Narcissistic Personality Disorder is NPD.”

How can anyone read this sentence — let alone the whole post — and not laugh at the absurdity of it? Your assertion is so ridiculous and unfounded that it reminds me of something Colbert would say. That said, the post you linked to is even funnier. His well thought-out political assertions are all along the lines of “I think he’s a jerk” or “he looks arrogant on TV.” Who needs to bother with understanding nuanced and complex issues when “Hussein” is enough to convince you the guy’s evil?

What happened to the smart conservatives? Have they all abandoned the Republican party? I know quite a few smart conservatives, people who would never write “so you no its serious” except maybe as a joke. It seems like their voices aren’t heard any longer, drowned out by the incessant idiocy of typical Republicans.
