You do realise that the arctic is expected to be free of ice during this summer – something that has not happened before throughout recorded history. As a result, polar bears can no longer hunt and might end up going extinct (save from those in zoos obviously).
Global warming will affect (notice the difference between “affect” and “effect”?) everyone. What we have seen of more and larger hurricanes, typhoons, drought and so on, is just a precursor of what is to come. But hey, it doesn’t affect you – so what do you care right? Well, your children might care, or their children might care.
It is people like you that take away my belief in, and hopes for humanity.
